FLEACHELLA, FESTIVAL FLEA MARKET

Pinterest x Depop, Conceptual Project
2026

Rewarding the festival goers who keep coming back: the car campers, the road trippers, the ones who aren’t getting sent for free. This experiential concept is a Flea market with full open access for Coachella car campers. FleaChella is put on by Pinterest and Depop, two companies rooted in community, sharing and inspiration.  Depop vendors will have booths and shoppers can create their physical Pinterest board. What they want to keep, they can buy, what they don’t buy, they have as inspiration. The vibe for this experience to be all inclusive, creative, and community driven

The identity for this project includes a hand drawn logo which pulls inspiration from vintage flea market posters, Palm Springs signage, and other experiential design Pinterest has participated in.

The colors for this are bold, high contrast, and attention grabbing. The design identity for this concept makes a statement. It claims its space in the Festival and aims to connect with the communities and audiences it intends to serve.

The initial sketches and concepting for this project were inspired by a wide collection of vintage Palm Springs signage, to experiential design installations, to flea market signage, and heavily pulled from Depop and Pinterest’s brand messaging.

The languge and overall attitude is playful, communal, noisy, and attention grabbing. What are the things you say while getting ready with your friends? What do you say when you’re all packing for a trip? This concept meets those conversations where they’re at.
