To me, design begins with excitement! Excitement from shadow forms, street signs, menus, posters, nature; all of it. I am passionate about merging nostalgic and vintage aesthetics with modern and innovative design solutions. My work is often inpsired by 70’s-80’s rock album covers and concert posters which is reflected in my use of experimental typography and use of color.
I am originally from Rhode Island and currently based in Southern California. My BFA in graphic design is currently in progress at Chapman University with an emphasis in advertisting. My background as an illustrator and painter gave me the knowledge of art principles which is something I rely on heavily in my work. I believe these skills paired with my knowledge of design and how it functions elevates my work. I’m a very process driven designer and complete my best work when asked to think outside the box.
